Elmir Anfe Lebanese Terroir is Brewed with sea salt (from Anfé) and Lactobacillus bulgaricus (souring bacteria used in the production of Lebanese yoghurt).
Inspired by German Göse beer, a medium-dry sour wheat ale with a soft wine-like aroma and hints of fruits. It strikes the palate with a sharp and thirst-quenching acidity and is pleasantly finished by a marked saltiness. Generously carbonated.
