Anis, the araq of Chateau Qanafar, is distilled four times for astounding purity. It follows a time-honored Lebanese tradition using only wine grapes grown by the owners of Chateau Qanafar and the highest quality green anise seeds, yielding a rich, smooth, and pure beverage ideally suited for the traditional Lebanese mezze, or simply as a delicious aperitif, or mixed cocktail.
