Our vineyard is nestled between 900 and 1200 m altitude, on clay-limestone soil. The terracing work is done by our team with great care.
Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon are planted at 3300 hectare and rigorously pruned to offer us the best fruits.
Intense ruby with purple reflections.
Delicate woody aroma, with notes of sweet spices and tobacco leaves which, after a few minutes of airing, give way to notes of red fruits and liquorice.
Harmonious and balanced, the palate is smooth & fresh with hints of cinnamon and caramel. The tannins are silky and fine, offering a round and generous mouthfeel.
To be served at 18 degrees after 30 minutes of decanting.
Pairs well with your meat meals as well as your cheese platters.
