Some of the noble cepages that make the bouquet of this wine
were only planted in Lebanon in the Jezzine area at 800 to 1300 meters
elevation. An area noted for producing superb grapes. Handpicked,
low yield (1kg/vine), vinified with artisanal skills, coupled with the latest
finds in the art of vinification and aged in French new oak barrels for 12 months.
The result is this aromatic well balanced, structured supple wine
with good keeping qualities. Harmony between nature, earth and man
is artistically displayed in this rare and exquisite wine. Kindly decant for one hour
before drinking. Best served at 17 Degrees Celcius.
