Grown on the hot dry and gravely soil on the 1300 meter slopes of Jezzine
mountain ridge in the South of Lebanon, this handpicked Cabernet Sauvignon
has been vinified with proud ancestral skills giving a rich bouquet of ripe fruit
and chocolate aromas. In the mouth, its rounded tannins and balanced
structure is complement with excellent length. Aged in oak barrels for
12 months, this complex opaque and harmonious wine – of
which only 5000 unfiltered bottles are produced each year – is
suitable for present enjoyment or ageing. Best served at 17Degrees Celcius.
