Description and tasting notes

Coteaux les Cedres White is an exquisite blend of Sauvignon Blanc (50%) and Viognier (50%). Grown on the rocky soil of the Bekaa Valley at an altitude of approx. 1000m, these grapes have been cultivated organically giving a flavorful and concentrated fruit. A very light wine that delivers high notes of acidity. It offers delightful aromas of fresh green pears and apricot that develop under a round and structured body. A great wine to drink with fish and seafood. Best served chilled (around 12 Degrees Celcius).
