It is with respect and meticulousness that the monks of St. Jean to viniculture and vinification, to transform these red, white and rosé wines, in "divine wines" particularly unique and sacred taste.
The story began in 1720 when the monks have developed their first "Sweet Wine", in a period when Lebanon was under Ottoman occupation that prohibited the production of alcohol except for religious purposes.
