EatLikeNicole's Light & Easy Recipes: Summer Sparkling Berries
3 ounces Sparkling Wine (Nicole used the Frizzante Sparkling Rose Wine from Batroun Mountains)
¼ ounce Orange Blossom Water
¼ ounce Rose Water
½ ounce Dried Red Berries Mix
Method of Preparation:
Start by serving the sparkling wine in a glass.
Add the orange blossom water and rose water. Stir. Toss in the red berries and enjoy.
This refreshing drink, without added sugar allows you to stay hydrated and soothed at times where everything around you is stressful.
Remember to drink in moderation (1 glass per day for women > 18 years old) (2 glasses per day for men > 18 years old).
This local sparkling wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes delivering a burst of red fruits including strawberry and raspberry cream, fresh and crisp acidity with a pleasant roundness.
