Cuvee Natalie - The Phoenix Edition 2023; Le chardonnay du Marje , named after our daughter Natalie symbolizes the Phoenix rebirth after the war, Cuvée Natalie is a tribute to grace, authenticity, and the delicate balance that defines Les Vignes du Marje. Crafted from 100% Chardonnay grown in the hills of Jdeidet Marjeyoun, this cuvée reflects purity, finesse, and a joyful expression of our terroir.
The wine opens with bright aromas of white peach, pear, and citrus blossom, followed by delicate notes of vanilla and toasted almond from subtle oak aging. On the palate, it is fresh, silky, and beautifully structured, offering a harmonious balance between vibrant acidity and creamy texture.
