Unfiltered wine made with specially selected Syrah and Obaideh
Grapes from Deir El Ahmar vineyards, made under the Ancestral Method. Left on lees for months and disgorged.
First Lebanese PetNat, sourced from the elevated Deir El Ahmar organic grapes, and proudly produced at the Couvent Rouge winery.
Pairs well with most Lebanese food.

Lively and inviting with buoyant aromas of red cherry, cranberry, pomegranate and slight orange zest: all pierced with mineral interludes.
