Coteaux du Liban Viognier selection is issued from the selection of our best grapes, revealing the potential of the Coteaux Du Liban terroir. The clayey soils, very rich in chalk, the 1000 m altitude as well as the Bekaa Valley’s cold summer nights bring out a beautiful finish and exceptional freshness. The nose is complex, with aromas of apricot, mango, quince and peach. On the palate, the wine is rich and opulent, with a great balance of roundness and acidity. Enjoy this wine with grilled fish, seafood, cheese and certainly Lebanese Mezzes.
