Inabi is the taste of legacy. The revival of tradition. The Matta brothers’ homage to their grandfather who used to tend to the family vineyards, make arak, and age wine in the old cave. It’s a story that was burnt to the ground during the Lebanese Civil War and has now been reborn, like a phoenix. Inabi is a sensational expression of the fertile lands of Bhamdoun, high in the mountains of Lebanon. A delectable statement about roots and the potential of growth despite all odds.
