Handpicked, high altitudes grown varietals, vinified with special
techniques, culminating in a fresh, supple wine with soft
tannins. Best served at 16 Degrees Celcius. With all types of pastas, pizzas,
white or red meats, and in summer at 11 Degrees Celcius.
