Chateau Heritage Brut White
Description and tasting notes
APPEARANCE: Pale straw yellow with a hint of green reflection.
Fine, persistent bubbles rise steadily, forming a delicate mousse.
Brilliant clarity suggests careful winemaking and freshness.
NOSE: Aromatic and expressive. Notes of white flowers and citrus blossom lead, with layers of green apple, lemon zest, and a subtle tropical undertone—likely from the Obeidy. Hints of wet stone suggest and minerality.
PALATE: Crisp and vibrant on entry, with lively acidity balanced by a creamy mousse. Flavors of pear, grapefruit, and green plum unfold, followed by herbaceous notes (from the Sauvignon Blanc) and a delicate honeyed edge that Obeidy contributes. The Chardonnay adds structure and finesse. The finish is clean, mineral-driven, and refreshing, with lingering citrus and a hint of salinity.
