Description and tasting notes
Fiano grapes are handpicked and let to ferment without the use of any additives. The fermentation ended in the bottle, making the wine naturally sparkling. No finning or filtration is used
It may appear cloudy with light sediment.
Aromas of peach, ripe apricot, brioche and jasmine. Elegant, with refreshing acidity and soft effervescence.
Food pairing: Best enjoyed as aperitif accompanying fresh fruits, dried
seeds and light desserts.
