Chris L’Hérité – Phoenix Edition 2020 a testament to resilience, legacy, and craftsmanship — a wine born from heritage and hope. This special vintage blends Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, each chosen for their character and strength, grown with care in the slopes of Jdeidet Marjeyoun.
On the nose, the Syrah brings forward aromas of dark berries — blackberry, black cherry — alongside subtle hints of pepper, spice, and a touch of violet. The Cabernet Sauvignon adds depth with notes of cassis, plum, and a dark-fruit richness, accompanied by gentle earthy undertones.
On the palate, the wine reveals itself as full-bodied, structured and elegantly balanced.
